Three Days Grace are a rock band from Canada. They've been an active band for almost two decades now. Their most popular album 'Life Starts Now', which is their third studio album had amazingly catchy singles like 'Lost In You' and 'Break'. Their newest album, 'Transit of Venus' releases on October 2nd 2012.

#99 P!nk

Alecia Beth Moore who goes by the stage name 'P!nk' is an American  pop-rock/punk singer/songwriter/actress. Her songs display her carefree, brave, 'Don't give a shit' attitude. Her voice is powerful and robust and her songs are power packed and easy to relate to. She has sung some critically acclaimed tracks like 'Get The Party Started', 'Funhouse', 'Family Portrait', 'So What' and 'Just Like A Pill'.

#98 Regina Spektor

Regina Ilyinichna Spektor is a Russian-American  anti-folk/indie-rock singer, songwriter and pianist from New York. Her songs are written brilliantly and her voice is orotund and appealing. She usually sings in English but also includes some verses in French, Russian and Latin like in her popular trilingual song 'Aprรจs Moi'.

#97 The Black Eyed Peas

The Black Eyed Peas are an American hip-hop/punk/pop group. They've been extremely popular since 2007 though they originally started in 1995. They are known for their dance/electro influenced songs and music videos. Their songs 'I Gotta Feeling', 'Pump It', 'Boom Boom Pow', 'Bebot' and 'Rock That Body' have been the most popular party songs throughout the world.

Material Girl as she is called because of her widely popular song with the same name is an American singer , songwriter and actress. She has been a pop idol for over 3 decades now and her legacy still continues. She is considered to be one of  the '25 Most Powerful Women of the Past Century'.

Chemical Brothers are a British electro-dance music duo. Their album 'We Are The Night' won a Grammy Award for 'Best Electronic/Dance Album'
at the 50th Grammy Awards.

#94 Arcade Fire


One of the most popular indie-rock bands, Arcade Fire have won numerous awards over the past decade. They are based in Montreal, Canada. Their songs 'Wake Up', 'The Suburbs' and 'Rebellion' are very popular among the fan base.

#93 Bastille

Bastille are an alternative band from South London, England. They are a new band but they've gained popularity due to impressive tracks like 'Bad Blood' and 'Flaws'.

#92 Streetlight Manifesto

Streetlight Manifesto are an American ska-punk band from New Jersey. The frontman, Tomas Kalnoky has a stentorian voice which makes you want to keep listening to their songs over and over again. Lyrical genius that he is, songs like 'In a better place, in a better time', 'Saddest Song' and 'Everything went numb' leave you wondering why they are not as popular as they should be.

#91 Maroon 5

Pop-rock band from LA, California, Maroon 5 are loved all over the world. They have been entertaining us for about a decade. Lead singer Adam Levine is known for his high pitched, nasal voice. Their most famous songs include 'She Will Be Loved, 'Misery, 'This Love'. Their new songs 'Moves Like Jagger', 'Payphone' and 'One More Night' have become popular because of their foot tapping music and creative music videos.

#90 Aretha Franklin

Aretha Franklin is a veteran singer from America. She is also a pianist. She is called the 'Queen of soul'. Some of her hits are 'I Never Loved A Man(The Way I Loved You) and 'Respect'.

I've decided to start from #100 to #1 because it'll be more exciting. Also to remind you that none of these are my own opinions.
